Verde Kitchen opened its doors with a love for the Pacific Northwest and everything it grows. We're a neighborhood bistro at heart — a place where the menu follows the season, the wine list champions natural producers, and the room stays full of plants and warm light.

Over the past five years, we've built close relationships with local farms and foragers. That trust shows up on every plate: bright, honest food that tastes like Portland at that exact moment. Our team pours the same care into weekend brunch as we do into intimate dinners and private events.
